Great news! Brisbane Fashion and Madman Entertainment are offering two readers double passses to a preview screening of Melancholia. Starring Kirsten Dunst and Charlotte Gainsbourg in a story about the end of the world. While this isn’t a movie about fashion, it is really beautiful and although Kirsten Dunst wedding dress isnt as anticipated as Bellas in Breaking Dawn she might even make a more beautiful bride! The preview screening that we are giving away two double passses to is on the 13th of December and it is in selected theatres from the 15th. Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting the singular Oscar of Oscar Oscar at the new Fortitude Valley salon opening. There is a giant white horse at the back on the store but unfortunatetly you can’t see it in the photo. Located at 354 Brunswick Street the new salon has mirrors that could challenge Versailles. So next time you need a haircut meet Oscars favourite pony at the new valley salon.

QUT Graduate Show

Every year the graduating class puts on a show and it’s always very impressive. With a chance to see the future of Australian fashion (or I should say the present since they are graduating).  The Punk to Pakistan Show is on at 7pm from the 29th  Nov- 2nd of December. Tickets can be purchased from the QUT Creative Industries website. Tickets are only $40 to see the final collection of students that have worked very hard for the past few years.
