Pop Up Store

In Uncategorized on March 31, 2011 at 10:59 pm

My apologies for not blogging more frequently this week. However, there is a new page called “introduction to fashion” which features my fashion trend report for uni. In other news, there is a pop-up store opening for one night only in the valley. What is a pop-up store you might ask? Well instead of explaining to you the simple concept of a pop up store why don;t you just go along and check it all out.

Rachel Zoe Gives Birth to Baby Boy

In Uncategorized on March 23, 2011 at 9:36 pm

According to Coco Perez, Rachel Zoe went into labor at around 3pm on Tuesday afternoon. Rachel accidentally let it slip in January that she was expecting a baby boy. I can’t wait to see all the baby dior! Although I’m not sure why anyone would give birth if they looked this amazing pregnant. Does anyone else feel the need to go and buy leopard print booties?

Rumor Has It

In Uncategorized on March 22, 2011 at 9:39 pm

I have just received word that there is a possibility CHANEL could be coming to Brisbane! If this isn’t the news of the decade I am not sure what is. According to my sources Queens Plaza is hoping to see Chanel move into the current Witchery space or possibly upstairs next to Saba. Start saving now!

Here is the latest Chanel cover girl- Blake Lively with the mademoiselle handbag range.

Miu Miu Fall 2011

In Uncategorized on March 21, 2011 at 12:43 am

After awards season, Hailee Steinfeld from “True Grit” is the new It-girl for me. She couldn’t seem to put a foot or Louboutin wrong. With this is mind she was front row at Miu Miu so of course, I had to see what all the fuss was about.  My prayers were answered; at the top of my Winter Must-Haves list is a fur vest- which is more suitable for a Brisbane climate than a full fur coat.

With prints well and truly a trend this season. Jonathon Saunders stood out of the crowd with perfectly paired prints.

Colour Vs. Black and White

Burberry turned it up a notch but bold bright coloured jackets while Giles kept it simple and chic at their respective fall collections. Both succeeded in creating lust worthy looks. I especially adore the hair pieces from Giles.
